Leonardo DiCaprio puts his Malibu coast residence on the market for $23 million
Renowned actor Leonardo DiCaprio has decided to part ways with one of his properties in California. The elegant beachfront home, located in an exclusive area of Malibu, has hit the market with a price tag of $23 million.
The property, listed on the Coldwell Banker® website, sits atop a low bluff with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and direct access to one of the area's most private and sought-after beaches.
While it remains unclear whether DiCaprio ever lived in the home, it’s evident that he has now chosen to sell it. The actor purchased the residence in 2021 for $13.75 million, which would net him a considerable profit if the sale goes through.
The house offers 3,268 square feet (approximately 300 square meters) of living space, featuring four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a foyer, main living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and other functional areas.
One of the property’s greatest highlights is its breathtaking panoramic ocean views, complemented by outdoor amenities such as a jacuzzi, outdoor shower, and sauna. Among its many luxury finishes are hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, high ceilings, and spacious, light-filled interiors.
The sale coincides with a time when DiCaprio has been traveling throughout Europe. He was recently spotted attending Jeff Bezos’ wedding in Venice, and later moved on to London, where he took part in several fashion and sports-related events. The latest images show the actor enjoying the summer in Saint-Tropez, France, alongside his partner, model Vittoria Ceretti.
It’s also worth noting that this September, DiCaprio is set to premiere his new film, One Battle After Another, directed by acclaimed filmmaker Paul Thomas Anderson.
