CEO of Coldwell Banker® for Spain and Andorra, as well as Ambassador of Coldwell Banker® Global Luxury, François Carriere has been a leader in the real estate sector with a professional career of more than 20 years. Originally from Monaco and linked to the Monegasque Pastor family, he began his career in 1998 in the luxury real estate sector in Europe. There he applied the "American Way of Work" philosophy that he took from his years in San Diego, where he studied for a degree in Business Administration and Management at the University. As a result, he was able to embark on his own path and take on the challenge of establishing the Coldwell Banker® brand for Spain and Andorra, joining the world's leading real estate network in 2012. Generosity, loyalty and people skills are some of the hallmarks of François' character. He believes that when your work is more than just a profession, you do it with intensity and total devotion. And this is precisely the passion that François reflects every day in the real estate sector.
Silke Dittrich holds the position of Managing Director at Coldwell Banker Spain, in charge of both the creation and expansion of the brand in Spain and the management of the team behind it to drive this project forward. Born and raised in Germany, where she studied International Business and Foreign Trade, she always had a special love for Spain. After finishing her studies she moved directly to Barcelona to give her life new direction and to experience the country. After having worked for several years in different sectors, she came to the real estate world through the German brand Engel & Völkers where she held various positions in International Marketing. Today she has more than 16 years of experience in the international luxury real estate sector and is specialised in branding, marketing and business development. Silke is passionate about her work and is passionate about growing both the real estate agencies in her business and her team. Silke is a very positive and open person who has a lot of drive to expand the American brand in Spain. She describes herself as a person who is not only demanding of others, but also of herself. She spends her free time with her son Alexander and her friends. At weekends she loves trail running through Collserola to unwind and recharge her batteries. Travelling and photography are her great passions.
Maria Marquardt holds the position of Marketing Manager, working to support franchisees to achieve maximum results and effectively introducing them to the world of marketing. She started her career in real estate in 2009 in Costa del Sol, coordinating exclusive residential sales. She then specialised in international company openings, advertising and marketing. She went on to work as Marketing Manager in an international real estate agency in Barcelona before being involved in the creation and expansion of a prestigious international luxury real estate network Fine & Country in Spain for over 5 years. She has a passion for helping agencies to succeed. Her expertise combines in-depth knowledge of the real estate sector with a creative and fresh approach to marketing. Maria is vegan and she loves nature. She fills her office with plants and spends her free time meditating, reading books and studying the topics that interest her most.
As head of the Business & Growth department, Norma Vidal is in charge of supporting the offices in achieving their objectives, thereby helping franchisees in their day-to-day work.
Her career in this sector began in 2009 on the Costa Brava as a real estate consultant, managing sales and rentals, both long term and holiday rentals. After living abroad, she continued her professional career on the Costa del Sol as a productivity coach for an international real estate franchise with more than 40 advisors, helping each one of them to achieve their own professional goals. She decided to take a step further in this sector and start a real estate project from scratch, facing the difficulties that this entails and still achieving more than 20 advisors in her first year.
Thanks to her professional background, she understands the difficulties that advisors, directors and franchisees alike face on a daily basis, being able to empathise with them and help them to grow professionally.
Norma is passionate about music, cooking and travelling. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family.
Mariangie Navarro holds the position of graphic designer, developing the brand according to the established standards and being a great support for the marketing team. With a Bachelor of Arts degree and studies in various areas of graphic design, she has worked with companies from different sectors, feeling a special inclination for the creation, development and application of corporate image, both in digital and print media. She is still in constant training; she likes to keep learning about new techniques and digital tools that can help her to do a better and more creative job. Mariangie's favourite thing is illustrating; whether in watercolour, oil, pencil or digital. She has her own profile on social media dedicated to this hobby and a good number of followers.
Mar Pérez-Aranda holds the position of Marketing Assistant Trainee, contributing to all marketing actions and campaigns that the company carries out. She studied Tourism and Hotel Management for four years at the University of Barcelona. When she finished her degree, she did a Master in Business Management specialising in Digital Marketing, as she is passionate about this area. During the last 6 years she has worked in various hotels until she found the opportunity to put all her knowledge about digital marketing to the test and to grow professionally alongside her colleagues at Coldwell Banker®. She is very excited and motivated to be able to train with her team from whom she continues to learn something new everyday. What Mar likes most is spending time with her family and friends, although she always tries to make time for sports and being with her cats.
Júlia Oliveras Masias holds the position of Expansion Coordinator, monitoring the entire process of each franchise from the first contact to the opening of the agency and is a graduate in marketing, advertising and public relations. During her academic years, she collaborated with different agencies as a client and property attractor. She also worked in a British multinational company in the commercial department, where she was in charge of research, analysis and customer service. She enjoys researching and analysing how the real estate sector is developing and how it can be applied to the company. Júlia's favourite thing to do is cook, and in her spare time she enjoys creating new recipes, reading books and spending time with her family and friends.
Andrea Urdánigo holds the position of Administrative Officer providing support to the accounting-financial and commercial area, working on management and organisation to ensure that the company and its members run smoothly. Specialised in administration and finance, she started her career within the accounting department. For 5 years Andrea worked in a start-up of the Antai Venture Builders group. During this period she continued studying in the accounting field and obtained a degree in "Balance Sheet Analysis". Her goal and motivation is to continue to specialise in the different areas of administration in order to continue to bring good management to the company. Andrea loves football, especially going to watch her son's games on weekends, listening to music, reading and cooking for family and friends.
