Last Thursday, April 9th, we hosted a new gathering of our network in an exceptional setting: Azul Rooftop. This privileged venue brought together franchisees, agents, coordinators and various members of Coldwell Banker España for an event designed to strengthen relationships, share experiences and continue driving what inspires us every day.

This afterwork event, also part of the celebration of the brand’s 120th anniversary, became an especially meaningful occasion. Beyond networking and the relaxed atmosphere, the event highlighted the commitment, dedication and talent that define our network.

One of the highlights of the day was the presence of Kaitlin McMurdo, Director of Global Services at Coldwell Banker® in the United States, who joined us to present several international awards to our real estate advisors. During the event, the prestigious 2025 international awards were also presented, recognizing excellence, performance and outstanding global achievements.
