Coldwell Banker Spain Celebrates the U.S. International Awards and Highlights from the First Quarter of 2025
On April 10th, Coldwell Banker Spain organized a very special event to recognize the achievements of the first quarter of 2025. The event brought together franchisees, advisors, and executives to celebrate excellence, teamwork, and the continued expansion of the brand. On this occasion, we had a very special guest: Kaitlin McMurdo, Director of Global Services at Coldwell Banker USA, who joined us to present some of the international awards and share valuable insights about the company.
A Quarter of Growth and Outstanding Achievements
The first quarter of 2025 marked impressive growth for Coldwell Banker Spain. The numbers exceeded expectations, with significant increases across various key areas of our business. Comparing Q1 of 2024 to Q1 of 2025, the following achievements stood out:
Increase in advisors: +27%, reaching a total of 119 advisors.
Average sale price: +20%, reaching €870,000.
Number of closed transactions: +72%, with a total of 86 transactions.
Agency revenue: +115%.
Transaction volume: +104%.
Expansion: a 23% increase in the number of franchises sold, totaling 27.
Moreover, Coldwell Banker’s digital presence has continued to grow exponentially. Visits to our website increased by 109%, reaching 160,600 visits compared to the same period last year. We also saw a remarkable 142% increase in leads generated, rising from 466 to 1,134 leads. These results show that our online presence remains one of the keys to our success.
A Special Award from the United States
The event also served as the perfect occasion for our General Director, Silke Dittrich, to receive the prestigious CB Franchise Sales Awards – “Deal of the Year Award,” granted by Coldwell Banker USA in recognition of her outstanding work in expanding and growing the brand nationwide.
