The real estate sector is an area that truly inspires Teresa. Since moving to Marbella from Portugal, she has developed a strong interest in the Costa del Sol real estate market, allowing her to gain in-depth knowledge and a clear understanding of how it operates. Over the past three years, she has worked in property management, overseeing more than 160 properties from Mijas to Casares.

Her work has focused on understanding each property in detail, maintaining direct communication with property owners, and resolving issues quickly and efficiently. In recent months, her main role has been focused on the developments area, adapting each property according to the type of service and the owner’s objectives, from short- to long-term rentals, as well as strategically designing and furnishing the spaces.

This experience has given her a comprehensive understanding of property values, the best areas, and the opportunities on the Costa del Sol. She is currently very motivated to continue growing and adding value within the real estate sector.
