Have previous experience in residential real estate (minimum 2–3 years), particularly in premium areas.
Are self-employed or willing to become self-employed.
Are experienced in property acquisition, client management and closing deals.
Are comfortable using digital tools and social media.
Are native Spanish speakers; English or other languages are highly valued.
Have in-depth knowledge of Aravaca, Pozuelo and the surrounding areas.
