What will your responsibilities be?
You will be responsible for coordinating the commercial and administrative operations of the real estate office to ensure that the activity is as productive and efficient as possible:
• Customer service: assist clients through all communication channels of the agency (in-person, phone, email, social media).
• Commercial management: lead management, CRM updates, commercial agenda.
• Administrative management: creation, control, and organization of administrative processes and documents generated by the agency's activity.
• Online Marketing: content creation and publication on partner portals and agency social media, as well as developing the local brand image.
• Communication: support and coordination of communication between clients, advisors, and management to minimize downtime and streamline activity.
• Support to the agency director: assist with various tasks and act as the Director's right-hand.
• Real estate advice: depending on the agency’s needs, you may also work as a real estate advisor if you wish.

Are you the person we are looking for if you have...?
• At least 3 years of experience as a real estate agency coordinator, real estate advisor, administrative in real estate, lawyer, preferably in the premium and/or luxury segment.
• Higher education: at least vocational training in Administrative Management, Commercial or Marketing, preferably a degree in Management, Marketing, Economics, or Law.
• Excellent commercial management skills: organized, systematic, and results-driven.
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude with a passion for well-done work and a clear focus on client and advisor satisfaction.
• Knowledge of the real estate market.
• A native level of Spanish and excellent written and spoken English (required). Russian and/or German is a plus.
• Proficiency in office tools (Office, Google). Experience with CRM and social media is a plus.
