Job Description
We are looking for a proactive student to join our real estate agency as an Office Coordinator under an external academic internship agreement. The selected candidate will support the company’s administrative, legal, accounting, and procurement management, actively participating in the daily operations of the office.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Communication and Customer Service:
-Drafting and supervising professional oral and written communications through various channels.
-Providing information and guidance regarding products and services.
-Managing and organizing files, manuals, and digital information, ensuring proper internal information flow within the company.
- Legal and Administrative Management:
-Managing and updating legal information relevant to real estate activities.
-Preparing standard contract templates and documentation.
-Drafting and processing documentation required by public authorities.
-Organizing administrative documentation related to commercial transactions.
- Accounting and Financial Operations:
-Monitoring and recording accounting operations arising from company activities.
- Procurement and Supplier Management:
-Planning and controlling the procurement and distribution of materials.
-Identifying material needs and managing stock levels.
-Assisting in supplier selection and preparation of related documentation.
Requirements
University student eligible for an external internship.
Strong communication and information management skills.
Interest in the real estate sector and willingness to learn administrative, legal, and accounting processes.
Teamwork skills and proactive attitude.
