What will your responsibilities be?

As an Independent Real Estate Associate, you will manage the entire sales process, including:

* Prospecting and generating new business opportunities.
* Listing exclusive properties for sale or rent.
* Property valuations and advising homeowners.
* Preparing market analyses and marketing strategies.
* Organizing and conducting property viewings.
* Negotiating between buyers and sellers.
* Managing the entire sales process through to completion before a notary.
* Providing post-sale follow-up and building long-term client relationships.

What are we looking for?

* A minimum of 3 years' experience in the real estate industry, preferably within the premium or luxury market.
* Excellent sales, negotiation and business development skills.
* A strong customer-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

* An established network of contacts and the ability to generate new business.
* Native-level Spanish, Catalan and professional English. Additional languages are highly valued.
