Rick’s professional journey is both distinctive and people-centered. After serving eight years as an air traffic controller in the Air Force — where precision, responsibility and composure were essential — he successfully owned and operated his own Hair & Beauty business for more than twenty-six years. This experience shaped his strong sense of personal service, discretion and attention to detail.

Over the past two years, Rick has also worked in property management in Moraira, further strengthening his understanding of property presentation, client expectations and the importance of creating exceptional experiences for homeowners and buyers alike.
