We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual to join us as a Marketing Executive. As part of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of exciting and challenging tasks, including social media management, content creation for the blog and website, as well as developing captivating newsletters. You will also have the opportunity to coordinate training sessions and provide support to our franchises across the country.

Responsibilities:

Active management of our social media channels, including creating relevant and engaging content.
Development and maintenance of a dynamic blog highlighting the latest real estate market trends and useful tips for buyers and sellers.
Content creation for our website, ensuring it is informative, engaging, and optimized for SEO.
Preparation of regular newsletters for our customer base and prospects, keeping them informed about our latest offers and industry news.
Coordination of training sessions for our internal team and franchises, ensuring they stay up-to-date with the latest marketing strategies and best practices.
Providing ongoing support to our franchises, helping them effectively implement our marketing strategies at the local level.
Requirements:

Previous experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
Strong creative skills and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Solid knowledge of social media management tools and email platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
