MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

University student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
Ability to create attractive visual content using tools like Canva.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
Ability to work in a team and under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Passion for real estate and marketing.
COMPUTER SKILLS:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for content creation and editing.
Experience in managing web content platforms to update and maintain the company's website.
Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva for creating newsletters, social media posts, and attractive visual content.
