What will your responsibilities be?
You will be responsible for the full commercial process:
• Conducting market studies
• Prospecting activities
• Property acquisition
• Property valuation
• Monitoring property visit reports
• Managing the sales process through to closing and attending the signing
• Post-sale follow-up and client loyalty

Are you the person we are looking for if you have…?
• At least 3 years of experience in the real estate sector, preferably in the premium and/or luxury segment.
• Excellent commercial skills: negotiation, sales and marketing.
• A passion for delivering quality work and a clear focus on client satisfaction.
• Good knowledge of the Barcelona real estate market and surrounding areas.
• An established network of contacts in the real estate sector is highly valued.
• Native-level Spanish and professional English, both written and spoken; other languages are highly appreciated.
• Strong command of office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite); experience with CRM systems and social media is an advantage.
