Your mission in the role

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth commercial and administrative operation of the office, guaranteeing an impeccable experience for both clients and advisors. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Management and tracking of leads.
• In-person, telephone, and digital customer service.
• Coordination of communication between advisors, management, and clients (calls, notes, announcements, calendars, etc.).
• Organization of internal processes to maximize team productivity.
• General administrative support and follow-up on key tasks.
• Basic social media management and support in marketing actions (content publishing, coordination with suppliers, campaign tracking, etc.).

Your role will be essential to ensure the office operates with precision, efficiency, and a high level of service.

Essential requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role (coordination, administration, or commercial support).

Higher education.

Fluent English (spoken and written). Other languages will be valued.
