Roses is a favourite destination for European tourists, with a capacity of up to 120,000 people at the height of the season. However, the restaurant works all year round, thanks to local customers who are familiar with this famous spot, as well as the many holidaymakers who visit at Christmas, February, Easter and during all the holidays in the various European zones.
The restaurant was refurbished in 2020 (electricity, plumbing, extraction, bay windows....). The kitchen is brand new, tiled and fully equipped with a Rational oven and a Mibrasa ember oven (list of equipment on request).
The restaurant also has a bar with a licence and a new stainless steel back bar with Morritz pressure draught.
The dining room and bar have a total surface area of 150m2, the kitchen and storeroom 76m2 and the Beauty Room 16m2. This area includes four toilets, one of which has been specially adapted for disabled access.
The restaurant seats 80 people inside and 120 on the terrace (outdoor area 150m2).
It employs 9 people year-round and offers a varied cuisine that is both refined and generous, to suit all tastes.
